Simon Evans has worked in many areas of marine engineering progressing to Group Technical Manager of a large towage and salvage company prior to starting APB Marine Limited. Simon was in charge of all technical aspects from new building to financial planning.
Simon started his career at Paxman Diesels before moving to Blundell and Compton in London for ship repair training. Simon moved to Globe Engineering of South Africa for heavy engineering experience.
Simon spent 16 years at sea gaining a Class 1 motor and steam endorsement. Further training has been gained as a Superintendent for shipping companies.
